Isfahan, Pasargadae, Susa, Samarqand, Babylon, Nineveh... There they are names that make dream of. When I was a child, I believed that was a remote world, without any relation to the West.

But finally with the pass of the years, I discover that in Iran people speaks a language related to the so named Indo-European; that the Persian Empire ridiculed the Romans; that in India people spoke the Sanskrit, who was more vast, perfect and documented than the Greek and Latin together; that Buddhism was able to reach Japan and Mongolia just after crossing India and China...

I'm intending a vast project which aims to visit and experience the countries from Eurasia, from West to East or viceversa, documenting the common traits in architecture and other cultural manifestations. I hope travellers, men of culture and interested people could share also their experiences or points of view here.
